The staff at Hai Au make this hotel GREAT……….Yummy, Minh, Sally, Anna and all the staff are the friendliest and most helpful that we have experienced in all of Vietnam. Some nice touches also from the \“kissing swan\” towels on your bed on arrival, to fresh fruit in the fridge each day and even a birthday cake was delivered from the hotel to our room with a personal birthday message!!! The family room was very spacious and clean, with two queen size beds and a table with four comfortable chairs, which was ideal for a family of four, including two teenage boys. The room rate included WIFI but also a personal computer was set up in our room. The pool area was fantastic to cool off after a hot day travelling around Hoi An . What a fantastic travelling experience we had at Hai Au Hotel…………………Thank you!!
