The hotel was excellent - handy for the old town, about 10 minute walk and about 15 minutes bike ride to the beautiful beach. we arrived very early in the morning, but were shown straight to our room, at no extra charge for the early check in. The buffet breakfast was lovely. The staff were really helpful. They arranged to have a blouse (left in our hotel in Nha Trang) sent on for me and then someone went to the bus station to collect it! We had my son\'s jacket (left in a hotel in HCM City - we\'re very forgetful!) sent on too. This was again organised by the hotel and when it didn\'t arrive in Hoi An, before we left, the staff sent it on to our hotel in Hanoi for us. No complaints at all about the hotel. I would definitely recommend it.
